Pastor Howard and First Lady Joyce Barr are both natives of Delray Beach.  Pastor Barr is a proud graduate of Atlantic High and holds a Bachelor's Degree Farington University in Human Resources.  He also has completed Family Counseling From Church of God Seminary. Pastor Barr has also received an Honorary Doctorate from St. Thomas Christian College of Jacksonville, Florida.  He is a retired U.S.Army Soldier with 20 years of active duty.  He was awarded  the Presidential Who’s Who Among Business and Professional Achievers 2011 Edition.  First Lady Barr holds a Master's degree in Education and is a teacher in the Palm Beach County School System.. First Lady Barr also is a licensed Missionary. They both are the proud parents of three wonderful children. Pastor Barr believes in the total family!
